The usage of the right tool for the job is important. We highly stress the importance of using great quality tools to make excellent parts.
We use carbide and HSS cutters from precision cutting tool companies in order to provide smooth surface finishes, longer tool life, and ultimately, lowering the cost per part to the customer.
We stress dimensional tolerance control, part function, and aesthetics.

Teton Creek Manufacturing., LLC (TCM) specializes in custom machined parts and production repetitive parts of 2-2000+. TCM has an active experience in many fields; to name a few: manufacturing engineering, food processing equipment manufacturing, farm machinery repairs, custom prototyping, log home machinery, BMX parts, welding components, engraving, etc.
By using high quality tools from top tool companies and retailers, machine time stays at a minimum. Therefore costs to the consumer remain low and quality increases.
Teton Creek Mfg., LLC machines materials such as stainless steels, 4140, 4130, mild steel 1018, 1045, UHMW, Delrin, Acetal, nylon, Teflon, plastics, Aluminum, etc.
If you want to make awesome parts, you had better have some manual machining experience behind you. Knowing about backlash, tool deflection, tool geometries, radius compensations, how much force a tool can handle, and the thought process behind cutting paths, is crucial to making decisions on part finish, tolerances, and part turnaround times.
